What it is
Study Guard is a Chrome extension that blocks distracting websites by redirecting you to a destination you choose. It is built for deep work: whitelist mode, optional instant redirect, and an optional max-volume alarm if you want a stronger nudge.
Features
- Whitelist mode — by default everything is blocked except URLs you allow (e.g. Google, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT — or any set you pick).
- Custom redirect — send blocked pages to your school portal, task list, or any URL.
- Instant redirect — skip the block screen entirely.
- Local-only — settings live in your profile; no telemetry.
